What we collect

To open an account we ask for your first and last name, date of birth, mobile number, e-mail address and home address. Your mobile number is confirmed with a code we send by SMS. Later we may ask you to update these details or send extra documents.

Why we check it

We use your details to confirm that you are over 18 and that the account really belongs to you. By giving us your information you agree that we may pass it to third-party age and identity verification services and compare it with your government-issued ID. These checks also help us meet our anti-money laundering duties.

Documents for payouts

Before a withdrawal we may ask for a photo ID, a recent proof of address, a Credit Card Verification Form and pictures of the front and back of the card you used. Send them as JPEG or PDF files to [email protected].

Keeping your account safe
