Who can play

You need to be 18 or older to open an account and play for real money with us. Giving us a fake name, birth date or address can be treated as an offence, and at the very least the account is disabled and any funds in it are lost. You are responsible for checking that online casino and poker play is lawful where you live.

Your account

One account per person. When you register we ask for your full name, address, date of birth, e-mail and phone number, and we may ask for more details or documents if we cannot confirm who you are. The information you give us has to be true and accurate, and we can check it with third-party age and identity services. An account with no deposit, withdrawal or bet for 18 months is treated as dormant and can be disabled until you ask our team to switch it back on.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are made from the cashier of your account with the method you choose. Every deposit has to be played through in full before winnings can be withdrawn. Before we pay out we run our verification checks, which can include proof of address and government-issued ID, and we may complete a payout with a different method or process. Your account currency is shown in the cashier, so check it there.

Bonuses

Bonus funds carry playthrough requirements, and the bonus and its winnings stay locked until you complete them. Our bonus programmes are meant for recreational players. Cashing out to deposit again, opening extra accounts or any other abuse of the bonus system can lead to higher playthrough or the loss of bonus privileges on every linked account. If the conditions of a bonus are not met within 6 months of redeeming it, what is left of the bonus and its winnings is forfeited.

Fair play

We may look into an account at any time to make sure our rules are followed. Fraud, collusion, using a VPN or proxy to hide your location, or any other dishonest play can lead to the account being closed and its balance withheld.

Changes to these terms

When the terms change we announce it at least two weeks before the new version takes effect, so you can stop using our services before then if you do not agree.
